Eugene Black was able to survive several Nazi slave labor camps. Him and his father, mother, three sisters, and brother were sent to their first camp. Eugene was soon separated from them all. On April 15th, Eugene was liberated and was freed upon the arrival of the British army. He later discovered only he and his brother had survived.
